Sam, I am blown away to know that there is still a place in America where someone can buy a house on a little piece of land for $59,000.  I live in northern Virginia, just outside Washington, DC (Along with Earle Whitmore, CC Sells).  In fact, I live in Mount Vernon, next to George Washington's Mount Vernon estate.
