1.) Do you have a great marketing plan to market, advertise and get the exposure you need to sell for top dollar? Good agents spend at least $500.00 a month on advertising and at least another $500.00 in professional pictures , staging, and marketing your home alone. Marketing your home 24hrs a day!
2.) Do you have all the legal forms and disclosures you need to sell your property to help relieve you from the liability issues of selling a home?
3.) Do you know the simple things that can make your home stand out from the rest of the homes on the market?
4.) Do you have a system that will capture every call you receive no matter if the caller hangs up?
5.) So many times Buyers are not comfortable talking to Sellers themselves and want representation of an agent to look out for their best interests.
6.) Do you have access to a Real Estate Attorney if their was a problem? Agents who belong to an association have access to Real Estate Attorneys for free advice.
7.) Do you know the normal and customary fees that are normally paid by sellers?
8.) Did you know Curb appeal is huge and that in order to get a buyer to buy your home they need to get in the front door.
9.) Painting is a big deal, if your home is painted anything but neutral colors ? You will be loosing buyers, most buyers do not want to paint a pink or blue room .
