It doesn't matter if it's the spring forward or the fall back, when the clocks move I feel tired for weeks. Part of it is my puppies don't use clocks. So they wake up at the time they are used to waking up and go to sleep at the times they are used to going to sleep. My old body feels much the same way.
So in about an hour I'm going to change my clocks and head to bed, but chances are the puppies will wake up at 6, because they will have no idea it's not 7 a.m. which is the time they woke up today and the last 5 or so months. Hopefully my Sunday School class will full tomorrow. When time springs forward it usually has a really bad effect on attendance numbers.
Today was also our first fire in the fireplace of the year. It didn't get out of the 50s here today. Of course it's super toasty inside with the fire going. It's supposed to be down to freezing tonight. It's time to winterize those vacant homes. I'll be checking on all my listings in the next few days and making sure the heat is turned on and that the water is turned off.
I don't know what you will do with your "fall back" hour this year. As for me, I guess I'll just have having coffee with Donald and the puppies in the morning. Frankly I wish we'd stop all this time changing stuff. It's just irritating at this point and really do farmers still need this time change? Isn't it just unnecessary now? Opinions?
