The number of projected home sales for the nation are at 5.05 million, which is down from last month's 5.15 million. The national median home price is also down from last month's $223,000 to currently $220,000. That's a 4.8% dip year over year. And the national average of 30 fixed rate loans taken is up 4.23% from last month's 4.1%.
