2014 Delta County High School Football Scores Week 10
There's a lot to report for the Delta County high school football teams. Delta had it's last regular season game and will be headed to the playoffs. Cedaredge, Hotchkiss and Paonia all had playoff games.
Here's the latest news and scores for week 10 of the football season for Delta County, Colorado:
The biggest news is Paonia's shut out of Wiggins in the first round of the division 1A playoffs. The final score in that game is 49 - 0. The Eagles will play Platte Canyon High School November 8th at 1:00. The game's location has yet to be decided. GO EAGLES!!!
The Delta Panthers had their last regular season game on Friday. The Panthers beat Palisade in Palisade 27 - 24. The team will have it's first playoff game against Conifer. The where and whens of this game haven't been decided yet. Delta has a league record of 5 - 2 and is a division 3A school. That's why the team has an extra week of regular season. GO PANTHERS!!!
The Cedaredge Bruins traveled to play Resurrection Christian High School on Saturday. This was the Bruin's first round in the playoffs. The Bruins lost that game. The final score is 56 - 13. That was the last game of this season for the Cedaredge Bruins.
The Hotchkiss Bulldogs also lost their playoff game to Buena Vista. The game was played in Buena Vista and the final score is 41 - 7. That will be the last game of the season for the Bulldogs.
