Drew's commute to Atlanta had gotten worse over the years, and since their son moved out to go to college, he and Tina decided to move closer to his work to save him a couple of hours each day that he was currently spending in his car. Tina looked online for a good realtor that has a successful history of selling homes in Acworth, and found the Magic Real Estate Team of Atlanta Communities. They called the Magic Real Estate Team, who came the same day. They listed their home, and sold it for full price three weeks later. The Magic Real Estate team helped them find an affordable home in Sandy Springs nearer Drew's work, negotiated to buy it for less than appraised value, and coordinated the two closings to happen the same day. Drew and Tina now have more time to spend with each other.
