Our buyers are under contract on this fantastic Four Bridges patio home in Liberty Township! We'd first looked a few weeks ago and this home rose to the top of their list! A second look Saturday morning and an offer was written and negotiated to acceptance before the end of the weekend. A unique approach was developed that made the contract a win-win for both our buyers and the seller!
