It is often said to never judge a book by its cover, yet human nature makes that so difficult.  When we meet someone new, we are often quick to judge by appearance whether the impression is good or bad.  If we are smart, we take the time to make decision as to the person by more then appearance , but lets be honest>>>First Impressions Count!

It is no different when you are selling your home!  The First Impression you present to a potential buyer is crucial as to the price you will get for your home. You may think your house is amazing, and it probably is for you.  But what impression is it portraying to your potential new owners?

IS the curb appeal magnificent or just ok?

Is the yard well manicured and attractive?

Is the front door in need of paint?

Are your sidewalks and porches clutter free?

Are the windows sparkling?  Or a little dingy?

Remember First Impressions Count!   The inside of your home may be delightful, but what good is that if you can not get people through the door to see it?  A little elbow grease will go a long way in selling your home.  The best part is your work will pay off because you will get it sold quicker and for more money.

First Impressions Count!  Make sure it is a good one!
