My name is Nicole Annis and I am extremely excited and proud to say that I belong to such an amazing program! As a proud military wife, I have first-hand experience of the sacrifices our Heroes and their families make on a daily basis, and I am so proud that together with Homes for Heroes®, I can give back and say “THANK YOU” for all that you do!
When my husband retired from the Marine Corps, we relocated back to the Fox Cities to raise our three daughters in a community we truly love and enjoyed growing up in. Throughout our “Active Duty” years, I have gained a deep understanding of what it means to transition between “homes” and acknowledge that this transition within our lives should be both exciting and pleasurable.
I have entered into my real estate career with an extensive background in the legal field, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. The legal experience that I have gained over the past 14 years, has given me the knowledge and expertise on legal documents, contracts and transactions, which in turn produces diligence in my work.
