Kingsbrooke Single Family Home Goes Under Contract

8792 Partridge Run Way in BristowProving there is a fall market, this Kingsbrooke single family home located at 8792 Partridge Run Way, went under contract on October 30th (2014.)   Its list price was $375,000.  It was listed with me for forty-six days and had been listed with a previous agent for seventy-seven days.  In the open houses held during my listing period, there were MANY buyer through.

If you are contemplating a sale, why wait until spring when a lot of listings come out of the woodwork.  Right now the Bristow market place is experiencing the highest demand below the $400,000 mark.  That means smaller single family homes and townhouses.

There's no need to wait to market your home.  A lot of buyers would like to be in their new home before the holidays.

 Many people do not want to list at this time of year and I always say there is less competition so it will probably get sold quicker and for more $$.

Rob:  Me either.  It had been listed prior to me, so I was happy to get some results for the Seller.

Nancy:  I think after the election tonight the buyers will really be out in that home for the holidays mode.

Judi:  Mostly Gainesville and Bristow, some Manassas.

Margaret:  That's right.  Don't try to shoehorn yourself into spring if you have the need now.  You'd be surprised at how lucrative the fall/winter market can be.
