Statistically it is showing a great price increase from 2013 to 2014, I only hope that inventory will remains at about the same level, as this will keep the prices from skyrocketing as we enter 2015.
What has changed in Casta del Sol the most, is the amount of active properties for sale. January 2012 we had only10 active properties available; January 2013 we had 4 available but January 2014 was much higher with 17 active properties available. As of today there are a total of 19homes for sale and all are standard sales.
As you can see the prices did the biggest jump in 2013 and that was due to shortage of inventory. Casta del Sol now has several contractors updating the homes and reselling them.
