This week the guest speaker for the Keller Williams Realty Northeast team meeting was Max VanNatter with First American Title in Kingwood, Texas. His message to agents emphasized the importance of having a business plan with a focus on the number of contacts to be made each day to hit the agent's goal. Max VanNatter started with the question: What are you willing to sacrafice to hit your goal? Max ended with the question: When are you willing, truly willing, to commit to achieving your goal?
