Just closed on a grat Hunting parcel.

My client called me and told me exactly what he wanted and I knew of 2 great parcels.

We walked them both and looked for sign of wildlife he was interested in.

We found what we were looking for, but still wondeered about the quality of the wildlife.

Deer was the main concern, so I contacted the selling agent and ask to put out some ourdoor remote

We were given the permission to do so.

This photo made the decision for the buyer...

 

This is the 3rd property I have sold this year that I used these camera's on.

Bill...that would only make sense.  it is like a city agent trying to sell a farm when they don't even know what end of the cow to milk.
