These are the raw numbers from the Stats and reporting from the Tri Cities Association of Realtors. If you review these numbers you will get an idea for what the Real Estate Market Conditions are like in Tri Cities. These number will show if our community is growing, if we have a strong demand for houses or if our current inventory is to high! So how do you answer the question, "How is the Real Estate Market Doing"? What you do is compare sales stats from the month you are interested in to past months records. For Example, if you were to look at OCT-2013 and compare the stats to OCT 2012, Feb 2011 and OCT 2010 you would get an idea for how the current Real Estate Market is doing compared to past data!

 We have a great Real Estate Market in Tri Cities due to the fact that we are growing!

Updated 11-05-14-Check out the current stats and you will see that the average sales price is up! We have showed Real Estate Market Appreciation over the Median Sold Price over the last 4 years.
