Impromptu Open House

Thursday 4:00-5:00 PM

2324 Melinda Dr 21117

This is a new listing and I have one scheduled appointment between 4:00 and 5:00

Since this is a house that I like to be present for showings, I have decided to make it an impromptu open.

The open house notice is in the MLS.

I will go a little before 4:00, place my open house sign

and a couple of directional arrows.

I know there will be at least one agent showing, a lender stopping by and my friend an interior designer.

That's how I make the best use of my time by doing an
