Help the Roswell Recycling Center celebrate America Recycles Day by attending one of the many events and programs planned for November.
America Recycles Day, a program of Keep America Beautiful, is a nationally recognized day dedicated to promoting and celebrating recycling in the United States. Roswell Recycling Center invites residents to mark this special day and month in the following ways:
• America Recycles Day Cookout: Atlanta Recycling Solutions, the company that recycles all of the electronics accepted at the Recycling Center, will be hosting a cookout on America Recycles Day, November 15, grilling burgers and hot dogs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. There will be some great giveaways while supplies last.
• Tool Collection: The Recycling Center will be collecting tools for the Atlanta Community Tool Bank November 1-23.
