Fall is certainly my favorite time of year. I love the decor, the colors and the weather. When your Montgomery County PA home is presented correctly in the fall, it can really increase the mood that goes along with fall home buying. But when certain things aren't done, it can hurt your chances of a quick and successful sale.

Suzanne- sellers need to change with seasons especially up north with leaves and now snow!
Good morning Suzanne. With the holidays coming up sellers need to remember to keep the decorating simple. It's always better to go by the KISS rule so buyers can see the home instead of the decorations.
Suzanne, this time of year may be very hard for some sellers as they can't choose between their decorations and buyers. I agree with John, keep it simple or the home is not going anywhere.

You're so right John. Buyers often get distracted by decorations instead of really seeing what the home is about.

Fall is my favorite time too and I am sorry to see it go. The leaves are mostly gone and it is gray outside.
