Every year, Lisa Regan (Tulsa’s Garden DEVA) invites all of her closest friends (I’m on that list) to an open studio party where we can shop for holiday gifts from local artists. It’s a “not to miss” party in midtown Tulsa, especially if you like to rub elbows with the artsy-fartsy crowd. Lisa brings in libations and music to make our shopping more fun - and there are awesome food trucks on hand. Bring a credit card, ’cause you’re going to want to buy a lot!

WHERE: 317 S. Trenton Ave. – on Trenton Ave. between 3rd and 4th Streets

WHEN: Friday, Nov. 7th, 10am to 8pm and Saturday, Nov. 8th, 10am to 6pm

WHY: To celebrate and support local art, music, and food

Garden Deva Sculpture Company Tulsa OK

The Garden Deva Gallery is located one block west of Utica Avenue on Trenton, between 3rd and 4th Streets. Their fall hours are Monday through Friday 10am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-2pm. Of course you can always call 918-592-3382 to schedule a personal appointment.

I’ve written about Lisa and Garden Deva before, as it’s my favorite place to shop in all of Tulsa. Plus, Lisa donates much back to the community, and I like to keep my money in motion, if you know what I mean.

Always free to enter – patrons will be able to view and purchase the unique wares from over 40 local artisans, enjoy live local music from over 20 acts, throw back some libations, and taste some of Tulsa’s best mobile foods! In addition to hosting artisans with works such as jewelry, sculpture, painting, photography, ceramics, knits, soaps & oils, in their colorful gallery; Garden Deva will be taking the party to the street with an outdoor selection of vendors as well.

The holiday season is right around the corner, and this is an excellent way to get out and enjoy the fresh fall air, support our local artisans, and get your favorite someone a one-of-a-kind gift!
