For the second day in a row, a man in a wheelchair has been struck and killed by a vehicle in Osceola County, according to Florida Highway Patrol.
A 69-year-old man was crossing U.S. 192 near Oren Brown Road when he was struck by an eastbound vehicle driven by Ralph Ratledge, 73, of Tennessee.
