During this exchange, assigned Supra keyboxes are exchanged for new, Bluetooth enabled Supra keyboxes.
Your exchange date and time is based on your last name and is listed on the NWMLS website so please log in to check.
I called the NWMLS office in Kirkland, Washington and the representative told me that I could go in earlier than my assigned date and time which is tomorrow (Friday).
I exchanged mine earlier today and it was streamlined and a success. The only problem was that some people were walking in the drop-off area in the front of the convention center while drivers were reversing which could have resulted in injuries.
Please take your time. Lines are short. There is no need to rush.
It was easy to navigate. As soon as I walked through these doors there was someone with a name tag welcoming me and directing me to someone in order to turn in the "old" lockboxes. Then they give you a yellow slip:
This is the view of the waiting area while they prepare the "new" lockboxes. Wait until your name is called:
If you have any questions representatives from the NWMLS are there in the corner:
There are also three stations numbered 1, 2, and 3 for more information about Bluetooth access and how to use the "new" lockboxes.
Overall it was well-organized with people holding the entry doors to someone overseeing the front door.
Please take your time. There is no need to rush.
