Inventory typically decreases this time of year and what is left are the stale listings occupied by curious sellers trying to figure out how to move before the winter. Perfect motivation to be more reasonable, less attached and more willing to accept just a bit less than expected. Sellers start to listen more…buyers continue their search until the value appears. The proactive buyer will have no regrets in 2015 and won't need to say "We should have bought that house, what a great buy we missed."
