Real Estate Agent Reviews | Real Estate Video INFOGRAPHIC

Education & Training with eXp Realty LLC RS148436A

They guys at T3 Experts created a super report based on surveys about reviews ... I curated some of that info into a short real estate video infographic ... I used a new video creation tool I got this week.

What do you think?

It's true that getting reviews on Zillow is important.  Another thing to consider is what we call reviews on our websites.  Instead of testimonials, maybe we should be calling them reviews.  Most people will type in "reviews" in a Google search before they will type in "testimonials".

Cool video creation tool.  The quotes used were too long and not given enough "airtime" to be read.  Maybe use a couple of shorter quotes (like the one towards the end from Trulia) and then link to a blog post in the Youtube description that has the rest of the quotes.  Just a thought :)  Otherwise, very cool video!!

Good stuff, Fran! I got the T3 paper when it came out, and we're working on ramping up our efforts to get more reviews from our clients.

Also, I saw a reference to Explaindio the other day when I was downloading Easy Sketch Pro 2 and I was wondering how it differs from ESP2 and VMFX. Looks like you can do the same things, but I haven't dived deeply into it yet. I also signed up to be notified when Explaindio launches, but I'm sure I would have gotten notified anyway!

Jacki, You are spot on across the board!

Wayne,

I also have VMFX and ESP2 and I am going to do an in-depth comparison video over the weekend. I will post it in the comments here.

ESP2 does one thing Explaindio does not, and that is convert the first slide from a video into a sketch. Honestly, going forward that is probably the only feature I will use in ESP2. And, it is reason enough IMHO because that is a very cool feature!|

Explaindio takes the best of all these platforms and rolls it up into one tool. I have barely touched the surface ... and I expect to create several more videos over the weekend to put it through its paces.

I miss all the Kinetic text offerings in VMFX, but that appears to be a library we can grow over time in Explaindio.

I LOVE that I can export single scenes in Explaindio, create a "scenes library" I can use over and over ... mp4 video creation is high def and fast and there are NO technical glitches with high quality video production. (As you recall, VMFX has its share of glitches and workarounds. I don't complain because the cost is so low it hardly matters.)

I am putting together a killer bonus package for Explaindio ... more on that in a couple of days.

Wayne, If you are like me, you have probably amassed a library if images to use with ESP ... you can download ALL of them easily into Explaindio.

These guys at Simple Video Pro who developed Explaindo did a first-class job. It is very impressive.

If anyone is interested in any of these products, I'd be grateful if you use my link ... There is a special alert for my buyers, and I share some good resources to make these products work for you in the real estate arena.

My challenge with the Internet and the reviews or testimonials and even the postings is that they could all be faked. Testimonials from a person you can not only talk to but see locally is convincing and anybody who reads a review or testimonial and relies on that source to determine whether to do business with a person or company is short sighted and not very wise IMO.

I was considering to hire a social media company to create posts, SEO's  and information for me but after much hesitation decided against it. So, will it hurt my business, no, but my business will grow solely and albeit slowly because  of my personal efforts.

Research, validate and confirm, however, if it's not easy to do, there is a reason for that, isn't there? Why would anybody make verifying their testimonials and reviews difficult to validate unless they didn't want them validated?

Kimo, Legitimacy of reviews and testimonials has come a long way.

It seems like yesterday when anonymous posters were gaming the system on Google and Google made short order of that last year.

I suppose there will always be some level of "fraud" attached to reviews, but fakes are often pretty easy to spot.

I think surveys are a good way to attract testimonials ... I've written about that and I think I need to update info about platforms where you can leverage that type of content.

Hi Fran, I totally missed your comment above and I jumped the gun and bought Explaindio through another link (got it for $28.95!). When you get your real estate package put together I'd be interested in seeing if I could purchase it ala carte, if you plan on offering it separate from the software. Let me know. OK?

BTW, here's a quick video I did today with Explaindio:

Great video, Wayne! I am putting that package together this morning ...  will keep you posted.

I have a question for you about real estate compliance. Do you have all the information you need in that video to be compliant with Connecticut real estate rules and regs? I don't see a brokerage address. I assume Connecticut does not require real estate license numbers. Some states require those ... end slide is a great place to insert brokerage compliance info + call to action.
