Arrowhead Golf Community 2014 Market report - Littleton, CO - Arrowhead is one of the most 
beautiful courses in Colorado, in fact it might be one of the most scenic courses anywhere, with 300M year old Red Rock formations that shoot out of the ground, some hundreds of feet into the air. The abundant wildlife on the course is also something that golfers will enjoy and the unique setting and proximity to the south metro Denver area make this one of the most desirable locations for homeowners.
Average prices for homes in Arrowhead are just over $500M which also makes for affordable golf course living, however you better have someone working with you because homes do not turn over very often in this comm
unity, in fact only 6 have sold so far this year and another 6 are currently on the market and one under contract at a list price of $675K, those that are available range in price from $285K for a 2700 square foot home to a $625K 6200+ square foot home.
The setting is ideal for homeowners, golfers and hundreds of weddings every year, as the course itself claims 300 Million Years in the making. I had a very good friend get married here this past summer and the rock outcroppings make for a beautiful backdrop.
