Hi Tammy, you deserve a day off to hide in your special place, but an offer would bring me out of hiding also.

I get so wrapped up in this business, I often work and work and work, without thinking about taking a break...then about the time I am exhausted and need a day off, I get busy!  I finally learned (somewhat successfully) to pace myself...and now, I take a break during the day 3 times a week and head to the Y for a swimming class.  It keeps me going and gives me a total break because no phones in the pool!  

Tammy, the funny thing is that I've tried that, but they keep finding me! Guess I need a better hiding spot.

I'm at the office now. So I'm working but feeling the need for a day off. 

I get this feeling too. I took the weekend off after Friday. Still feel tired played too hard.

Hi Tammy-if you do not make a conscious effort to take time off you never will. You have to detach and get balance!

I am willing most days to break from my plans of relaxation if it means business that needs to be done.
