Planning A New Beginning

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Exit Strategy Realty

My wife and are beginning to think about the next stage in our lives. Like most couple our age our children are grown up and we are thinking about alot of things. The major thing is should we stay where we are or move. For me the thought of moving brings on a lot of emotions. First of all, I like my home and have alot of memories living here. The thought of living someplace else is a scary thought and then where to move, what kind of home, do we stay in the same area, move to city, warm climate, are choices that need to be discussed and planned as this is likely our last move.

I know there are  a lot of people just like us and I am reaching out to those of you to get some insight on some things that you are thinking about when planning a new beginning.

I encourage people to respond by finishing the following:

Unfortunately, I am no where that fantastic point in life yet (with my son just approaching 1 year old)... but someday I think my most important thing will be to really follow where God is calling me.  I know that this is a bit "broad" but I think as long as I faithfully follow where I am being led, I will find happiness and fulfillment.

Jack, we are still a few years from being empty nesters, and when that time comes I am sure there will be lots of things to consider. Right now, I don't even want to think about it.
