A delightful white cape, with a usually packed parking on Long Ridge Road, Stamford was the home to over 30 real estate agents is now available for rent. This building held most of the new agents. It had private offices of top producers. It was the central office for office meetings for all the Stamford company's agents and the company's Stamford Rental Headquarters was moved there in 2005.
So, where have all the agents gone?
The company has other modest "office/houses" on the same road, but how many can you "squish" into existing office space and cubicles?
Obviously, some agents were not pleased. A top producing team went indepedent. Some other consistent producers have relocated themselves to other companies.
This is not an earthquake in real estate news, but might be perceived as a tremor.
