Welcome to the ongoing weekly series called Tuesday Travelogue. We are in our nineteenth week! Each week, some ActiveRain bloggers are spotlighted to take us somewhere we may not have been on some kind of virtual travel (and it doesn't cost a dime!). Here is the purpose:
" to enjoy the ride"
"take a trip without even leaving the farm"
"expand your horizons"
"see through someone else's eyes"
and hopefully much more!
(Be sure and click on the links in blue.)
Last week I set a precedent by looking into America starting with travels in the "A" states. I finally did find a localism post from Arkansas. Bald Knob Hotel. What a cool, funky past/futuristic bit of architecture. Thank you Barbara Duncan for this blast from the past!
I s'pose I need to see what the next states show in B. Well, guess what? There ARE no B states in America! There IS British Columbia. Let me see what I can come up with there.
Li Read always delivers from Salt Spring! Urban, Suburban or rural....read on!
I found a new blogger in Fred Carver. A trip near his home in Saanich, Victoria BC....
I couldn't resist another Fred Carver trip...his pictures are so inviting: Gorge Park Waterway.
Please don't forget to comment on these blogposts and I hope that you enjoyed all of these virtual travels. Feel free to join our group:
