I love looking for new places to eat, fascinating places to dine, and unique suites all over my town. I comprised a list of some of the best places to eat Palm Desert; but not just what I think, a culmination of a lot of different reviews, viewpoints and my own tastes thrown in. Here are some of the best places to eat in Palm desert.
Cork Tree - This California cuisine restaurant came out on top across the board from restaurant review websites such as Trip Advisor, Urban Spoon, Yelp and Open Table. With prices between $20 and $50, this unique eats creates a casual environment, delicious food, and an excellent chef inspired menu. delicious and tempting menus such as mushroom ravioli, slow roasted pork shank with creamy mashed potatoes and everyone's favorite, lobster mac & cheese. If you're in town either for just a weekend or you looking for an amazing place, the Cork Tree shouldn't disappoint.
Bellatrix - This unique, contemporary American restaurant also came out as one of the top, fine dining options in Palm desert. With prices ranging from $25-$50 per plate, this elegant restaurant offers dinner under the stars overlooking our championship golf course. Beautiful views combined with delectable dishes such as juicy prime rib, filet mignon on, and a notable wine list, this is a perfect night out. Plus, Bellatrix also serves lunch.
Wilma & Frieda’s Café - For a more casual dining experience or just for one of the best breakfasts in Palm Desert you have to check out this amazing café located on El Paseo Drive. They have delicious short rib eggs Benedict, blackberry bread pudding French toast and homemade English muffins. It doesn't get much better than that and with nearly 300 yelp reviews at a near perfect rating, how can you pass up this amazing place?
The Real Italian Deli - When you're looking for a true taste of Italian and Tuscany charm you have to check out this amazing restaurant at 44795 San Pablo Ave. With mouth-watering sandwiches, a beautiful Italian market and some of the freshest salads around, this is a great lunch place. I love to stop by on my way home and pick up some delicious meats, cheeses and fresh vegetables to create my own Italian Caprese salad and anti-pasto platter. Plus it has a near perfect rating from many of the restaurant review sites.
Grill-A-Burger - Looking for a great burger joint? Then you have to check out this fun and festive dive on Country Club Drive. With affordable burgers, great atmosphere, and fun customer service, you won't go wrong if you're looking for an amazing, juicy burger at a great local place. Even if you're not a burger lover there's hot dogs and amazingly huge salads paired with some sweet potato fries or fresh fried onion rings.
French Corner Café - And to round out your amazing day of feasting you have to check out the unique suites at the French Corner Café. Yes, you can get a delicious sandwich or salad here but they really shine with their unique desserts, tempting baked goods, and soft, rich cakes. Their almond croissant is one of the best things they make and if you're looking for decadent and artful desserts, this is it. Beautiful displays, a casual and yet warm and inviting atmosphere, and the perfect place to enjoy an after dinner treat, all makes the French Corner Café one of the best places in Palm Desert.
