The Fairways of Sonterra in north San Antonio Texas is a gated community of about one-hundred fifty (150) home sites. Some of the sites are adjacent to one of the golf courses at the Sonterra Country Club. This community can be entered from Huebner Road.
Recent Sales in Fairways of Sonterra
Fourteen (14) homes were sold in the Fairways of Sonterra last year. Most of the homes were listed for prices very close to the actual sales price. But as you see on the chart below, four (4) of the homes experienced much longer days on market and
significant price reductions to get a sale.
As the day follows night, price a home above what the market accepts and two things happen. First, the house will be on the market longer than appropriately priced homes.
