Tenants associations are common in urban areas but practically nonexistent here in Montana, so this is a first. Susan Floerchinger who helped form this association hopes this association will let other tenants know they have rights. The tenants of her apartment complex, Darlington Manor in Bozeman, Montana, hope the association they have formed will allow them to be heard when expressing their grievances to management and owners.

Statewide some apartment complex owners live hundreds and even thousands of miles from their complexes, making communication with tenants difficult. Floerchinger hopes this new association will also serve as an example for Montana's other tenants. What do you think? Read More at the Bozeman Daily Chronicle

I think it's a fantastic idea. They have a voice and now they can be heard! Great!
