Yes, I will be working during the Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday season.
And I love it. The weather is crisp and cold, the crowds are bustling, and the decorations and music soothe the soul. So why work during the holidays? Because my clients need me. And I am here for them. Now I’m big on spending time with family and friends during this joyous season. But I’m not with them 24-7. There are parties to attend, shopping to finish, and baking to do. But there’s plenty of time on my schedule to accomplish all of that and still be of service to my buyers and sellers. It just requires proper planning and a great support staff.
Am I going to show homes or negotiate contracts on Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day? Not a chance. But there’s no need to worry about that. Sellers don’t want to show on those days, buyers don’t want to look at homes, and neither party wants to pour over contracts. Now you might think, well…maybe they are new to town and don’t have family or friends to spend time with. There’s plenty of opportunity to serve others on those days if we don’t have loved ones nearby. And if you know someone that doesn’t have family to spend these special days with, invite them to join you and yours. It could possibly be one of the best days ever for them.
So I’m available to help my clients from now to New Year’s Eve and into 2015. Call me….I’ll answer the phone.
