Amir, I think that it's a wonderful time for buyers to be looking.  The past few monts have been kind of crazy, with lots of competition and mean bidding wars.  Buying in December is smart because there is less competition.  Buyers usually don't need to do anything crazy to get a home they love, and the sellers are less likely to have the buyers suffer terminal buyers' remorse!  It's a win-win.

There is never a wrong time to market property.  As I work with buyers exclusively and never list, I know that buyers are out in all seasons.  Not as plentiful in the cold months, but they are out.
