On Friday, December 5th, the City of Cedar Park will keep their annual tree lighting tradition.  The largest live oak tree in Cedar Park will be illuminated with over 60,000 lights.

Enjoy live music, carriage rides, games, inflatables and arts and crafts.  Come take part in Santa's workshop.  Oh yeah... and Santa will be there.  Bring your own camera!

Most important to note, this event is free.  So come on out, Friday, December 5th from 6:30 to 9 pm at the Heritage Oak Park.  875 Quest Parkway, Cedar Park.

Come out and meet your neighbors and your city leaders.  Just another great day in Cedar Park, Texas.

Happy Holidays!

Thanks for reading. These small community events are so enjoyable and one of the things I love about living in a small town (relatively).  We have many big events in the Austin area...   but being able to go to an event and talk to the mayor, city council members and your neighbors... really makes you feel connected to your town.
