Deane Homes Sold in Mission Viejo - YTD
The Deane Homes were among the first houses built in the late 1960's as the city of Mission Viejo was being created. The city planners chose the Deane Brothers to build about 750 homes just off the Interstate 5 Freeway near La Paz Road. This is one of the few single family home tracts built at the time that included it's own private association with pool, spa, tennis and rec center.
The Deane Homes tract was originally built with 3-5 bedroom houses of one and two stories although some residents have chosen to remodel and add extra rooms and space to fit their situation.
