Is the Home Staged or is it just lived in NEATLY"?

Yesterday I took a potential Buyer out to view a few homes. One of the homes we viewed showed great curb appeal in a really great neighborhood.

As we entered we were both WOWED by the decor in the home and on the back patio. We continued to be wowed by the furniture and the decor as we went through the home. The garage floor was finished perfectly with a new epoxy coating with absolutely NO OIL SPOTS or tire tracks.

I was really WOWED again as I opened the pantry. Here is what I saw.

As we continued through the house my prospective Buyer and I both realized that the house was occupied by the NEATEST person I have ever encountered.
