(not so) Speechless Sundae - Downhill Slide

     Today is 16 November and today starts the downhill slide for the rest of the month as well as the ActiveRain 30/30 contest.  It has been a month of Sundays since I have posted 30 blogs in a row. In fact, it is been quite some time since I have done anything 30 days in a row except work.
     Looking back, this has been very interesting year for business and real estate. Sadly, 2014 is on the downhill slide and will soon be a memory. I am really looking forward do next year as indications are that 2015 will be a banner year in real estate. I certainly hope that yours will be.

The fast pace 2014 year is coming to a close and it does look like 2015 will start off with a bang like 2014! Rates are continuing to stay low but unless some of the lending obstacles that are in place aren't removed borrowers will have a frustrating time of it!

Michael,

What a photograph! Sometimes we can't control the business or the economy, just like we can't control the weather. As long as we keep our heads above water, do the right things, and stay positive we can get through anything. I for one know you have been working hard and you and your team does great work.

I consider a downhill slide a good opportunity to prepare for the next year and 2015 sounds like it's going to excel onward and upward.
