The Dilemma...Which Bedroom To Choose?
During a showing of my single-family home on 413 Calvin Ave, I asked the potential buyer how many would be living in the house. Only two, she was planning to move with her sister. Then I asked
Which bedroom will be yours?
That started a discussion that went something like this.
She wanted the bigger bedroom with the closet and I responded, "you would let your sister have the bedroom with the balcony?" Nope she wanted the balcony with the big magnolia tree.
Remember selling does not start until there is an objection to overcome.
Then I said let's go check out the space again. There is a very small third bedroom to which I suggested ...that would make a great dressing room and walk in closet. Her eyes lit up. That way she could take the smaller room with the balcony and use the adjacent room for the space for all her clothes and the small closet within that room was perfect for her shoe collection.
Now that we know which bedroom she will choose, we have to wait for the sister to see the home.
