Maintain your pipeline.
This is a good reminder from Alan. Things have just started to slow down for us. Next week, part of the plan is to reconnect w/ the realtors in our database and core group of customers.
This is a good time to start worrying.... er, I mean planning your pipeline for next year.
As Realtors we always worry ourselves a bout where our next sale is coming from. The holidays are often a slow period for real estate, so this is a good time to maintain your database, reach out to your exsiting clientel (through your client management systems, or otherwise)...
Reach out and make some direct phone calls, plan some coffees with clients, send out some post cards. Some send out calendars, or holiday gifts.
As tempting as it is to use this "downtime" as downtime... take a few moments to do some pipeline prep. Your spring business will thank you.
