Your attitude will determine your aptitude! How did your day end? Was it a good day or a bad day? Well, I'm sure you attitude had a lot to do with it.
Did you get up feeling rushed, hurried, and everything not going the way you planned. Stop and think about how you felt when you got up this morning, were you happy, mad, or glad?
Did something or someone make you feel that way? Most of the time, we are having wars in our mind. The mind is a very powerful thing, did you have a good dream or a bad dream? Sometimes those early morning dreams can have a lot to do with how you're feeling when you wake up and those feelings will carry out through out the day. So be very mindful that once you wake up, take the time to notice how are you feeling? Do you remember if you were dreaming or not? Also, what were you watching or listening to before you went to bed that night, certain things we may eat, hear or see can cause those dreams that will also cause our emotions to be all jacked up!
Be mindful of what you're doing before bedtime and what you're doing once you get up in the morning. Again, Your attitude will definitely determine the type of day you will have. Attitude is a choice, you decide on how you're going to feel, whether it's good or bad.
Choose to be happy and have an excellent day, your attitude will determine your aptitude. You can soar like an eagle and have great success or be like a chicken and some day, you'll maybe someone's dinner.
