CONGRATULATIONS to Karen Robinson and Jim Ronbinson of Bonners Ferry, Idaho. This was a unique opportunity which also makes for fewer possible buyers. 1 acre of land, a 2,500 Sq. Ft. home with an attached 2,900 sq. ft. warehouse with Main Street frontage. As well happen often times we were not getting the views I felt the Main Street frontage warranted until we received the first offer. Then it was like the flood gates opened. I delivered the final paperwork this evening to a speechless Karen. Almost got a tear in her eye but she held it back. The sale of the Bonners Ferry three bedroom home with warehouse meant much more than just a 'sale'.
I have been very fortunate, as a Real Estate Agent, this year in having some very gratifying sales. The ones that make this business all worth while. Without counting I would guess almost half of my sales have fallen into that catagory this year. Karen's hug confirmed this was special. Karen grew up at this home. Karen's mother left this home to her after she passed, and for the last couple of years I have watched as Karen struggled in cleaning thru years and years of memories stored away. Today all that weight was removed.
