Now That Spring Has Arrived......

Spring

It is time to give a FRESH look to all of your listings exterior photos.   For those that live in the ‘snow belt' there have been days, even weeks, when you could not take a photo that didn't show snow.  Thankfully we are now enjoying many more sun filled days and it is time to freshen up your listings.  If you are in the South and your photos show dead brown grass, a fresh photo with green, freshly mowed, grass and blooming flowers will make all the difference.

Sunshine

When you walk out side and the sun is shining on you, get your camera and go by each and every listing and take new fresh photos - post those photos to every site you have your listings featured on!  Update your flyers too!

So, why not treat all listings equally and give them a new fresh SPRING photo to show off!   Your sellers will appreciate the effort, and those buyers scouting through listings will see a SPRING FRESH home waiting for new owners.

Debbi,

You are SO right!  For all of us that have cabin fever after being stuck in several feet of snow all winter this is a perfect opportunity just to get outdoors and enjoy the fresh air!  Might as well take a few pictures while you are out and about.  I never hurts to give your listings a face lift on the web AND on paper!

There is just something about the refreshing aroma of Spring in the year. It is my favorite season and seems to be great for all the businesses I have owned over the years. If I can ever be of any assistance in large packages of REO's or any other commodities please dont hesitate to call. Make it a great day! I wish you and all those around you a great 2008! thanks, keith

Hi Debbi! GREAT suggestion!!! The worst thing to show buyers is a list of houses in April with 2 feet of snow in front!! They automatically think the house has been on the market "forever" and that the Seller "must be desperate"! Which we know may or may not be the case! Thanks for the reminder!

Debbi, Please come back and post about the beautiful Fall season. I think you have a lot to share with members on Active Rain.
