We have always used a professional photographer for our listings. Why? Because we are Real Estate Agents not Photographers and we believe that we should leave the picture taking to the professionals. A recent article by RISMedia points out a study showing that the number of photos relates to the days on market and also relates to the percentage of sell price to original price. RISMedia also points out that a study done by Point2 showed that properties with just one photo generated approximately five views while those displaying many more photos generated nearly 10 times the number of leads and number of view.
We're sticking to our initial plan and remaining Real Estate Agents. We don't plan to start a photography business.
