Yoga Tribe is a hot yoga studio located at:

8835 Adams Ave

Huntington Beach, CA

It is located on the corner of Magnolia and Adams.

Yoga Tribe is a hot yoga studio which offers both the Dayton Method of Yoga and Warrior Flow which is flowing method of movement along with breath.

I have been participating in classes at this studio and am really enjoying it. The instructors are supportive and helpful, and ensure that you are in the correct posture. The others in the same class I find to be supportive also.

I do like the heat, and it may not be for everyone, but I have noticed an increase in my flexibility as a result of participating in the Yoga classes.

It is a great work out, and not only does it help your body, it also helps to quiet your mind.

I love hot yoga - I do Bikram yoga. When you live in this climate, walking into a room heated to 105 degrees is glorious. Yoga Tribe sounds similar.

Yoga Tribe sounds like a great name for a fitness place. I have often been intrigued enough to take a yoga class or two; but worry that if I put my body in some of those positions, you would need to carry me out of the building like a purse.

I do swim laps however!
