Legacy Ridge Golf Community Westminster, CO - Market Report Legacy Ridge Golf Course is one of my favorite north Denver tracks, I try to play it at least once a year, the course itself is a good challenge and always in great condition, in fact they host one of the qualifiers every year for the Colorado Open.

The location of this course makes for some breathtaking views of the front range, and specifically the Flatirons of Boulder, Colorado. I recently sold a beautiful home on the course backing to the 15th Fairway in less than two months, they do move fast here, this community is very active and for good reason, the amenities are great, the course is one of the best in the area and homes themselves are priced in an affordable price range for what you can get on a golf course.

Prices for the 15 current active listings range from $450,000 - 1,398,500 for single family residential and the lone townhome on the market is listed at $327,500. The priciest home features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 7,621 square feet of living space

There are 3 homes currently under contract from $327,500-620,000

So far there have been 40 homes sell in the community in 2014 with a price range of $262,500-1,075,000.

Legacy Ridge location is one big reason for its popularity, with a 15-20 minute commute to Boulder, or a 20-25 minute commute to downtown Denver the location is ideal for the golf course homeowner that also wants to be near all of the features of that the Northwest Metro area offers. Flatirons Crossing and Intelocken Business park are less than 10 minutes away.
