Time to plan for a Big 2015? The answer is yes.
What direct goals are you setting for yourself and your business in 2015?
Here are a few questions to jog your mind. I have been keeping an annual list of goals and action plans since I started as a real estate agent. I learned and it turns out to be true that if you write them down you have a much greater chance of accomplishing the goals and taking actions.
How much money would you like to make? Here you decide your gross commission after broker’s split. What’s that number?
How much of if do you plan on keeping? How much of it will you use to build your business? In other words, what will you gross expenses be?
Here’s an example: Gross to you $600,000. Expenses $200,000. Net before taxes $400,000

Why Bother?
Most importantly you should spend some time and ask yourself to answer one of the most important questions no matter what you do in life: Why are you doing it and why do you want what you want? If you know your whys they can often help you stay on course when you’ll experience setbacks.
Some of my whys are: I love the negotiating and deal making. I love helping clients acheive their goals. I love making lots of money. I love striving to be the best at what I do. I love the fun of being a real estate agent. I love the happy faces of buyers and sellers when the deal is done! Just to name a few.

Hope this helps you get a start to 2015. This is brief for a reason. You need to decide that planning for the 2015 is vital. Starting now is a good idea. I hope you get started.
