The homes you would expect to find for sale in the Kenwood Forest Neighborhood are generally going to range between 800 and 2400 square feet. All of the condos & townhomes were originally know as Bradley Boulevard Apartments. Holladay Corporation converted the apartments in the late 1970's and early 1980's into condos and townhomes.  The conversions were finished in 1982 . Since then, many of the homes have had updates and it's not uncommon to find homes with modern high end finishes and extensively finished basements. While there are studio and one bedroom condos in the complex  many of the floor plans are 2, 3 & 4 bedroom townhomes.
