Hope all is well. Zoning here is Office/ Professional. Although some towns in our area do allow what you mention, "They" won't allow any owner / residence in this area / with this type of zoning.

Hi Jerry,

I'm actually no longer at that brokerage but I am still in contact with my previous business partner. There where a few delays on Ft Deshler. We broke ground on another project 1st. Unit pricing for these units started at $199.00 sq/ft (Purchase) + options. Sizes ranged from 1200 sq/ft and up.
