One of the best kept secrets in Southern Colorado is Sumo golf village and course. The Gary Player course sits just south of Florence on highway #69, an easy trip from Colorado Springs or Pueblo. 
There are many building lots still available and houses start in the high $100,000's. Resales on the golf course start at $180,000's.
