That's so warm and fuzzy on a cold and blustery Valentine's Day!

I especially like the letting go so there is room for something better to come in. I've been trying to let go of a really tough experience I had last year, and eventhough I'm grateful for what I learned, I'm stuck with this experience. And I know that until I move past it, I'm blocking that "something better". I think if I practice the 8th, 9th, and 10th, I may be able to get past it, and let it go. Thanks for sharing this.
