Johnson Ranch is located in unincorporated Pinal County, in an area just outside of Queen Creek, Arizona called San Tan Valley. Johnson Ranch is a wonderful master-planned community with almost 6000 homes of all different sizes and price points. Since the neighborhood is in an unincorporated area of the county, fire protection is serviced privately by Rural Metro. Although generally optional, many mortgage lenders will require private fire insurance. If your home is on fire and you call 911, the fire trucks will automatically roll. Rural Metro will not stop to find out if you have private fire insurance prior to responding to your call. Therefore, you must be aware that if you don’t carry the insurance, you will be billed for all of the firetruck and man hours provided.
